Members
of the Gourmet Club are also invited to attend regular
wine tastings, where old favourites, as well as boutique
wines and rare finds are introduced in advance of offers
to purchase. Wine tastings are well attended and are a
great place to network and exchange experiences with wine
and life in general.
And
last, but by no means least, the Club introduces the background
of some of the vineyards behind the wines. How much more
enjoyable a wine becomes when the history behind it is
known. How much richer the taste when the growth cycle
is understood. How much better the nose when the variety
and its affect on the wine are explained.
We
put a lot of time and effort into finding the right wines
for the right price, but we also take pleasure in bringing
the World of Wine into the homes and offices of our Members
by ensuring that Members are offered the opportunity to
broaden their knowledge of wine, how to care for it, how
to store it, what to eat with it, how long to keep it
and how best to enjoy it at any time of year, for any
occasion.

more about the place your wine comes from will help you
